Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1- 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather, customs, or carrier delays. However the ETA's is between 10 - 12 Business days

Shipping to PO Boxes
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. Please be aware that additional customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once the package is shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@allitobay.store within 7 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for a return or exchange.
